He called for establishing a monthly working‑consultation mechanism centered on users’ needs to boost revenue and efficiency, precisely aligning with customer requirements, and leveraging the consortium’s platform resources to integrate upstream and downstream expertise, thereby achieving mutual synergy and shared success. Meanwhile, Wang Yinghong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Information and Automation Department at Tangsteel, urged technical leaders to deepen their engagement in Party building in tandem with their professional work, capitalize on targeted policies to expand into regional markets, and deeply recognize the growing importance of integrating automation with information technology—particularly the trend toward convergence with instrumentation and metrology. He also stressed the need to strengthen the sense of responsibility among technical personnel and broaden the discipline’s professional influence.

This exchange meeting focused on the current status and future development of the automation instrumentation industry, the insufficient visibility of domestic brands in the automation sector, strategies to address the relatively weak market‑promotion efforts in mainland China, and ongoing R&D efforts to enhance instrument stability under harsh operating conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. Li Zhen, General Manager of Tangshan Fengrun District Zhanwang Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., delivered a special presentation on the company’s independently developed products, including variable‑throttle flow meters; his detailed and professional remarks earned unanimous approval from the attendees.

Following the meeting, the delegates visited the company’s R&D, design, production, inspection, and calibration workshops, and observed firsthand the company’s gas calibration system, water calibration system, and other facilities. They engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the upgrading of the automation industry and reached several points of consensus.
