I. Overview
The liquid turbine flowmeter is a new generation of turbine flowmeter, which absorbs the advanced technology of flow meters from domestic and abroad and is optimized, with the characteristics of simple structure, lightweight, high precision, good reproducibility, sensitive reaction, easy installation, maintenance and use. It is widely used to measure closed pipes, for measuring liquids that has no corrosive effect with stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Crl3, corundum A1203 and cemented carbide, without impurities such as fibers, granules, etc., and the kinematic viscosity is less than 5×10-6mm/s at working temperature. For liquids with kinematic viscosity greater than 5×10-6mm/s, the flowmeter can be used after calibration with the real liquid. If matched with display instruments with special functions, it can also carry out quantitative control, excessive alarm, etc. It is an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy saving.
II. Instrument Classification

2. Function Description
Turbine Flowmeter Sensor/Transmitter
This kind of turbine flowmeter does not have the function of on-site display, only transmits the flow signal source. Flow signals can be divided into pulse signals or current signals (4-20mA). The instrument is cheap, highly integrated and compact. It is especially suitable for use with secondary display, PLC, DCS and other computer control systems.
According to different output signals, the products can be divided into sensors and transmitters.
Sensor: 12~24V DC power supply, three-wire pulse output, high level ≥8V, low level ≤0.8V, signal transmission distance ≤1,000 meters;
Transmitter: 24V DC power supply, 2-wire system 4-20mA output, signal transmission distance ≤1,000 meters
III. Product Characteristics
High precision. Specifically, a general product provides a precision up to ±1% R, ±0.5% R, and a high-precision one can provide a precision up to ±0.2% R.
Good repeatability. Specifically, the short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%~0.2%. Because of good repeatability, if it is often calibrated or online calibrated, it can get very high accuracy. It is the preferred flowmeter in trade settlement.
It can output pulse frequency signals, thus it is suitable for total quantity measurement and computer connection. It has no zero drift, and has a strong anti-interference ability.
It can obtain very high frequency signal (3~4KHz), the signal resolution is strong.
Wide range, medium and large calibers are up to 1:20, and small caliber is 1:10.
Compact and lightweight structure, convenient installation and maintenance, high circulation capacity.
It is suitable for high-pressure measurement. There is no need to open holes on the surface of the instrument body, and it is easy to be made as a high-pressure instrument.
There are many types of special sensors, which can be designed according to the special needs of users, such as low-temperature sensors, bidirectional sensors, underground sensors, sand mixing sensors and so on.
It can be manufactured as a plug-in model, which is suitable for large caliber measurement, and features low pressure loss and low price. It can be removed under the condition of continuous flow, and is easy to install and maintain.
